find us!

Hi there and thanks for planning to come for a visit! Traveling by GPS? Sometimes those things can't find us. We're located at the corner of Rtes. 3 & 175 in Holderness, right across from Squam Lake. We've got a walking path to locally made ice cream, great hiking trails and have a lovely porch for a picnic once you get here!

Coming from the South? Travel 93N to Exit 24. Take a right off the exit (it's the only way to go) onto Rte. 3 (Main Street, Ashland) and follow for 2.5 miles (past town, Cumberland Farms and you'll see the lake on your right.) We're on the left, right across from the lake.

Traveling from the North? Travel 93S to Exit 25 (Plymouth State University). Take a left off the exit and head up the hill, veering right onto Rte. 175S. Follow 175 for about 5 miles until you come to a stop sign. Take a right at that stop and there we are...the first parking lot on the right!
